: : : Terry, maybe you should try to get people who don't know you at your matches. Like Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota. Are you giving out trophy's? Match results are they on time? It's is about customer service. Put on a efficient match, comply with rules, give something back to shooters, be nice to everybody including your staff(don't be your self be nice), take the time to train your staff before the match, listen to other ranges that have had problems, don't be over priced, let the shooters get sight in prior to match, feed them well, take the time to talk to people no matter how stressed you are, don't take anything people say personal, and don't be over priced. If you do all of the above shooters will come. Are you going to be the match director next year?
