Any gunsmiths with a 284 Shehane reamer?

I just ordered a barrel and hopefully it'll be ready in 3-4 weeks. Anyhow now I'm looking for a smith who has a 284 Shehane reamer that would lke to chamber this barrel and install a break for a Bat M action.

There is probably plenty out there, and, the BRAKE has nothing to do with the manufacturer of the action!

I understand the brake has nothing to do with the action I was just saying what I wanted done when the barrel is here in my hands.
