Any feedback on crimson trace scopes

Does anyone have any experience or reviews with crimson trace scopes, specifically hardline and brushline series? I'd appreciate any feedback.

I have the 5 Series 3-18x50 mil ffp. It’s a very very good $1000 scope. At its original selling price of $1500 it’s a little lacking. Glass is very good and the eye box is also very good. Turrets are what I think knocks it out of the $1500 realm. They’re a little mushy and they don’t lock, but again in the $1000 range they’re good. I really like the reticle. I’ve got mine for sale only because I need more magnification. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

If this is the same scope as the Brownells MPO, and I think it is, I would pass on it. My shooting buddy bought 2, warranty returned them, then got a store credit when those needed warranty repairs too.

None of them were very crisp compared to my Nightforce NXS.

3 of 4 had parallax issues at distance.

Some dialed 2% more than expected. 10.2 mils for 10.0 of adjustment. I think most did this.

They’re not the same….Our Crimson 5 both track 100 and 99 %… with positive clicks…and have good glass…I think they’re made in the same factory though..
