Antelope hunt

Several of us were planning a trip to the Gillette area in Wyoming next year for an antelope hunt. I have heard that the past couple of winters have put a real hurt on the herd in Wyoming.
I am looking for recommendations for a hunt. The time for apps is getting close. I can go anywhere.
