Anschutz match 54 stock build

I put this together for my wife to shoot at some local club matches. Its a 1613 barreled action, Harrells tuner, bkl rings, Weaver t36, hand made trigger guard, and a PMA weight system. The stock is a 4 piece Mahogany laminate. Special thanks to Bc'z for helping me get my finishing process right (thanks Brett!). It use to take me 3 or 4 weeks to put the finish on, now it takes 3 or 4 days. 20200117_063029_resized_1.jpg 20200130_063115_resized_1.jpg 20200209_101059_resized.jpg 20200209_104701_resized.jpg

Happy wife happy life!

Great looking stock and rifle. Good example of the shared knowledge that is found on this site.

Nice job . I would like to build something similar for a 30br build. I wish i could find a pattern or dimensions drawing to go by.

I also like your day job work.

Slick low profile straight line stock. Very nice! Have to admit, I thought chassis shop even before the following posts after your first one. Bent tubing under the fab table gave it away. Hope your bride does well with the new rifle.

Hahaha! Good eye. I think we're gonna have a lot of fun. She's already telling me how she's gonna kick my butt. Lol!

Couple of quick questions .

Whats the overall length?

How wide and deep is it at the action?

Thanks.
The overall length is 33.750", it's about 2.125" wide and 2.125 deep at rear of the action in the trigger area.
Are you building in line stock or a varmint style stock for your 30?

Thanks for the kind words everyone. About 5 years ago I sat at a friends bench and shot his rifle, 3 weeks later I shot my 1st match and that's all she wrote, the obsession began. Lol!
