So I placed two orders last weekend at different times from Blue Collar Reloading but only received one shipping confirmation. Figured there was a brief delay in the second. Came home today to find a box from BCR with both orders inside...along with some cash representing over-payment for shipping. How about that?
Besides everything else that is superlative about BCR customer service (and BCR in general), how many companies can you think of that would not only recognize two orders/shipments to the same customer that had been placed at different times, but automatically refund (or even consider refunding) the difference in shipping by combining the two?
