Another reason why Blue Collar Reloading is #1 in my book

So I placed two orders last weekend at different times from Blue Collar Reloading but only received one shipping confirmation. Figured there was a brief delay in the second. Came home today to find a box from BCR with both orders inside...along with some cash representing over-payment for shipping. How about that?

Besides everything else that is superlative about BCR customer service (and BCR in general), how many companies can you think of that would not only recognize two orders/shipments to the same customer that had been placed at different times, but automatically refund (or even consider refunding) the difference in shipping by combining the two?

Actually the second time they've gone above and beyond for me. On my first order I made a mistake on my order form - I put pick-up rather than ship. About 15 minutes later I got a phone call from BCR, asking if intended to do what I did as I live in Texas, which was fine with them but they wanted to confirm one way or the other. Mistake fixed, and the experience made me a happy customer for life
 
Truly committed to us the shooters and not gouging for quick gains as new inventory comes in as some old line suppliers do. They will make a profit and stay in business. They will gain more customer base for the long haul. True to the shooting consumers. They will get my business even if I have to be patient.
 
I've been using them for a couple of years now, great service. Just wish they had a " put me on list" for out of stock items. I need a couple different Berger bullets.

Now that's customer service.

I just recently ordered a LabRadar and accessories from MidWay USA because it was the only place that had one. Shortly after placing the order on-line I saw some bullets that I could use. I called MidWay and asked them to add the bullets to my order. CS said "we don't do that", once an order is placed it's done". I told them that I only placed the order less then an hour ago but it didn't matter.

Kudos to Blue Collar for running a shooter friendly business.
 
BCR is great! Not nocking anything that has been said, but I’ve had great experiences with most all of the reloading supply and equipment companies that we have to do business with. I suspect
that most, if not all, know that there is high competition for our $$$ and they are doing everything that they can to compete. That’s good for all of us. I guess I’m just saying that I’m blessed to have such a great bunch of companies to help me spend my money.;)
 
Placed my first order yesterday. Their price was significantly lower than Midway's for the Hornaday 125 XTP, 357 bullets.

Thanks for the heads up about BCR, they actually have stuff in stock.
