I was looking at Bullet Central for Micron dies for the 300NMI. Over $920 + shipping and sales tax. And worst of all, back ordered. Ninety days or more out.
Then it hits me, I bought new LAPUA brass at a decent price from a member in Oregon. Then, same guy offers me a deal on three MDT magazines for 338/300 LAPUA ammunition. So, being the fairly bright individual that I am, I sent him a PM inquiring about dies. Well yes, he does have a three die set.
1. Micron Precision Arbor Seating Die.
2. Micron Precision Bushing Sizing Die
3. Micron Precision Series Seating Die.
All I need now is a shell holder, and a Harbor Freight $50 arbor press and I am truly in business! Friday I will send a Bank Check to Will to pay for the CERUS stock. October 1st I will order my Zeus LA and be ready to drop all the components off at my ELR LGS two weeks later.
