Another annealing question

Does Lapua brass come annealed or should I anneal it before trying to put 6BR brass through a 22BR die? I'm wondering if I should wait for the BR pilot for my annealer to show up or go ahead without annealing it.

It comes annealed. Usually you can tell by the color

I would also wait for the pilot. The brass was annealed at the factory but probably right before it was sized which will re-harden the brass.
