Annealing new cases after neck down?

I have new (zero firings) LC 223 brass that I necked down to 20 caliber. Should I anneal before firing? Seems like it might be overkill considering the brass was annealed at the factory and has not yet been shot.

Whats the point? Shoot it in this configuration before doing anything else.
