Annealing Issue?

I have a question on an issue I've had with annealing brass. My shooting buddy allowed me to anneal some brass with has Brass-O-Matic. What a nice piece of equipment it is. After annealing my brass I have found that the brass seams very difficult to resize. Did I over anneal or under anneal it?
I just don't want to ruin any more brass if I can help it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Please explain what you mean by very difficult. It shouldnt be any more difficult that before you ran them through the annealer. You might need to adjust the torches in order to get a longer durration of heat.

If you can post pictures of the brass it might help us see what is wrong. Did you get the brass red hot? What do the directions for the brass-o-matic say about heat?

Annealing can change lubricity of the brass so if you didn't use sizing lube before you will need to now.
