ANDERSON CRK 400 YARD DEER RESULTS

Weather folks said 8 to 20 mph winds with clouds, rain, and sun. They were correct.A very strong twitchy West tail wind evolved into North South couldn't make up its mind. But in the end we had blue sky and sun as the match wound down. Food was good, competitors were their usually friendly selves, and all seemed to enjoy the day. Thanks to all who participated and worked. Best group side match was close with Jeff Gates 1.692 edging out several others by sbout only .100 or so. The special Deer Hunter Match was won by Ed Rethi with 64 over second place winners Frank Carriers 62.The other results:
Custom First Jeff Gates 84
Second Frank Carriers 82
Third/ tie Alvin Lee and Mike Huth 80
7/29 Will be the Tack Driver Lite with the 50 pre registered shooters.
8/5 Will be 100 yard UBR.

I stopped by the range during the match when the competitors were shooting the group side bet targets. Conditions were green with flag tails snapping at about 120 degrees.

Those conditions are not for the faint at heart. Good shooting guys!

The place is fun !! let me tell you the time that I won small group
there with 4" group at 400 ?? Some shooters did not have all shots
on target and the cars were rocking in the parking lot.....LOL

I got bad news from Ethan about the time frame to get my SA284 back.
Machines are in place and waiting on the electrician. Might have it back
by the next deer match......I hope cause that's two I've missed now.

I saw some 5 shot targets yesterday Way Way beyond 4 inches. It was interesting. It took me two targets to halfway figure it out. Best way I can describe it was....It was a Struggle.
