Amp codes change over time?

I have some 6ppc brass. When I first got the amp the code was 0140. Now 17 firings in, I tested the last piece of brass. It read 0137. Is this normal? And did I ruin my brass doing them all 0140? Tho I doubt it

Thanks

Neck thickness or how clean your brass is will affect the code. Also, if your machine is not warmed up you may get a different code.
Three points will not ruin the brass but those necks will be softer and tend to hold more.
I always consider the code as a starting place. I look at velocity and neck tension (by feel and/or gauge) after annealing to see if I need to increase or decrease the number or use the * system to increase the anneal time. If I have several pieces that load differently I usually increase the time.
Or, when I get bored I may change the code just to see the result.
