Amp aztec mode locked when i updated?

I wanted the auto run so i installed the update. I now have auto run but the Aztec mode is locked. Ive emailed them ....
I wish i had just kept using the button.

Anybody have the fix ?

I've had this happen in the past, you just have to use your unlock code again. If you don't have it, just email them like you did and they'll get you a new unlock code.

The installer says "aztec already installed" and the OK box doesn't open one for code entry.
There's not allot of info about this issue on the web.
I'm sure it'll get corrected one way or another.
My patience is running thin messing with it !

I was thinking about updating my AMP to get the auto run feature.... now I am having second thoughts.

I got a bit of special treatment ! Matt got back to me quickly. There is a stand alone file that one has to go directly to , to manipulate. It fixed it.
Not shared you have to get it from him IF you need it.
He said following the instructions of "off & back on, then ok was crucial for the update.

I ran the update several times making sure i "off'ed & on'ed correctly before emailing him.

Now i have auto run & Aztec, so I'm good to go.

I'm quoting the email I got from Matt. If you do the update to an AMP Mark II that previously had an unlocked AZTEC, and your machine requires an unlock code for AZTEC at the end of the update, here is the guidance from AMP:

"Please re do the update (It will skip the actual update part) at the end when it says update complete (ignore the part where it asks if you want to unlock AZTEC if it pops up) just turn the annealer off and on again before using it and it should restore AZTEC mode."
