Amp Annealer

Hello everyone,

I was having a bit of trouble with my Amp Annealer Mark ll not annealing the cases, but it was not telling me how many cases I had annealed, in any event I went on the web side and e-mailed my problem within a day I got a response from them it took a few downloads and now every things is working perfectly I was dealing with Mr. Matt Findlay let me tell you guys this men did not stop e-mailing me until the problem was solved even on Sunday I have to say this company is got to be one of the best company I have ever dealt with they care about there product I can not say enough about them Thank you so Much for all your help its being a pleasure dealing with you all.

I agree, they are top notch, best support I have seen in a while. Mine quit powering on, sent an email, he responded within 20 minutes, sent him the unit serial number and he sent me Fedex both ways within another 15 minutes. Shipped to NZ and back to me in about 10 days.

Not to down play superior customer svc but NZ just might be across the Intl Date Line.

Had a problem with my AMPMate after several emails back and forth with Alex he sent me a new electronics board and parts at no charge, Fedexed it and I had it in 2 days from New Zealand. Bravo Alex!
