Another recommendation for the AMP annealer. Very easy and safe to use with no open flame but the primary benefit is that it has taken the guess work out and transformed annealing from something akin to a mystic art to a repeatable science. The ability to verify the results with micro hardness tests put this machine and the services of Alex and company way ahead of anything currently available IMHO. Bite the bullet and plunk down the plastic. You'll forget all about the money you spent as you grin like a jackass eating saw briers while annealing just right every time!
