Amp annealer repair physicality?

Was potentially looking at a amp annealer down the road. I was on their site and noticed they are from New Zealand I think. Is that really where it would need to be sent if ever needing a repair??

Their after sales service is excellent! A friend of mine ordered the first amp annealing machine and after a few months it developed a fault, i contacted Amp in new Zealand. They promptly sent him another unit which arrived in 3 days from New Zealand to Australia with return labels for the faulty unit to be returned. Awesome!

I recall them saying they were going to spin up some north american repair centers as well.

I’ll second their customer service. I have no worries that any future issues wouldn’t be taken care of. A friend of mine had an original one, it has issues and they sent a brand new unit. I also had issues with my AMP Mate and they bent over backwards getting me up and running again when it started having problems. Great guys.

They do have a place in the USA, that does repairs (depending on what)...they where fast and easy do deal with.
