Ammo have any collector value?

I have a wood case of 1964 LC 7.62 ammo (308 not 30-06) that is in M1 Garand clips in bandoliers.

What is it worth? Shoot it or save it?
 
None of the old ammo is worth more than the powder in the case...oh and perhaps the primer.

That is pretty cool, 7.62 x 51 NATO in Garand enbloc. How many rounds?
