Amazing New Record For Manatee Gun Range

Congratulations to Alex Wheeler for setting a new record at the Manatee Gun Club 585 yd. Gong Match. It was a wild match with four shooters tied with a perfect score of 15. In the previous four years we have only had three other shooters reach a perfect 15. In the shoot off Dr. Joe Ignacio was first out at 18 in a row. Chris Bosse was third with 26 in a row. That left Eric Bostrom and Alex Wheeler. Eric kept on hitting until he ran out of ammo at 32 hits in a row. Alex continued until he ran out of ammo with an amazing 40 hits in a row. An interesting note; the top three shooters were all using a RAS Tuner Brake System. Alex was using it for the first time. Congratulations Alex on an unbelievable new record.

Alex, please add my congradulations for the excellant shooting.

In July Henry Pasquet set a 1,000 yard record at the Vapor Trail Valley gun club in SpirkRS, MO, with a 1.906 5 shot group. His first 3 shots made a nice clover leaf hole. This was his first match with his new RAS tuner system that Eric built him. Do I see a tend?

Oh my. That is amazing accuracy.

I unpacked early in the morning because of that horrible weather. Seems all the storms went right around the club, leaving you with perfect, calm conditions while I stayed home in wind, rain and lightening. Man I sure missed some fun.

Going to access your website and look at those tuners again. My brakes from you are top notch and that perfect score I had there earlier used one of your brakes. Now the tuner/brake really interests me. Looks like I blinked and now will forever wonder what happened.

Keep it up. That's some spectacular shooting going on.
