alternative powder for .308 with 215g hybrids

Currently shooting the excellent Berger 215g Hybrids with my FTR rifle and was hoping to increase velocity of load which is currently using Varget, Is there an alternative Temp stable powder which is better suited for the Heavies in .308.

That is loooong. LOL

H4350 but you will be faced with compressed loads. Good and bad.
Reloader 17 less temp stable but working very well for me in many calibers. I have not tried it in 308 with that bullet.
H4895 but opposite of H4350 90% case capacity is very close to max so a small window of error.

New powders: IMR Enduron 4166 temp stable, anti copper fouling. Use the 208 A-Max load as a reference point. I have not tried it yet.
