Alpha (LRP) brass with RL-16 & 140 ELD in 6.5 Creed

I'm trying to find a load for a 6.5 Creedmoor using a 26" 1/8 twist Hawk Hill barrel. Powder of choice is RL-16, Hornady 140 ELD-M and a CCI 200 primer. Data is sparse considering the powder and brass being used. Would your share your pet load with this combo?

I suggest starting at 39gr RL-16. Load 6 or 7 cases at .5gr intervals to cover between 39-41.5gr and shoot over a reliable chronograph. Then test a charge weight range, for grouping, that covers 2700-2850 fps. You should find a good load in that range in a 26" barrel.
