I've already installed a Terminator TA brake and throated the barrel to run 300gr SMK or Bergers without them being seated too far into the case, but bedding is always a little nerve-wracking no matter how many I've done in the past(at least a dozen).
I'll cut custom length action screws after the bedding sets up because all 3 factory action screws were way too short out of the box. Literally only 3-4 turns on the threads. I've owned dozens of Savages over the decades and I've never run across that before.
