All most still a Ruger

I am not even going to critique your group measuring but I have a question about the number of shots in them. Are all the groups five-shot? It appears (maybe tears) that a couple may be more than five-shots.
I would not be concerned with your method of measuring as long as you are measuring every target the same way and seeing improvement in your rifle's accuracy.
Did you have wind flags out when you shot these?
I didn't have a very good backer for the target , I'll make sure the next tine that I take a good backer with me . No wind flags.

I found coreplast, like campaign signs, makes very good backing an lasts a good while too.
As a club match director for long range BR I've measured thousands of targets. Over the years I will admit to an occasional mistake and was always happy to fix it. The one thing I did do was make sure every group got measured using the same method. Those are very good results for shooting without flags, as those 22LR bullets get blown off pretty easily.
You aren't measuring for trophies and, as I stated already, as long as you are fair to yourself and seeing improvement then it makes no difference to anyone else.

I'm not measuring for some kind of a match , And I think my measurements are pretty close . And I guess I need to call someone to be at the range to same time I am so they can sign my target from now on that I did shoot at said distances , and have them measure my targets ? "WOW" I just not post anymore that will make everyone happy . And you can NOT measure a target on a computer and get a better measurement than off of the target !!!!! But after all this I will admit I shot this group indoors in a 130 yd chicken coup at Tuckertown BR Barn , and shot at 50 yds so no flags needed .

Now I need to know barrel maker ? Thanks
A few years back I was kind of into Rimfire ,so I bought a barrel then my interest went back to Center fire . So that barrel stood in the corner of my shop for about 12 years . So now in my old age I'm back into rimfire . So I had to put that Shilen on something , and I had this Ruger American and it got the barrel . Probably a big Mistake . Now I want another Shilen Barrel,

Shilen Barrel , Anarchy bolt handle and knob , Jard trigger , Boyd stock , Kidd magazine release , Savage trigger guard , Not much Ruger left . Yes I wasted a good barrel on a Ruger , but it was fun .
