Alaska LR State championship match results

Was held today in Kenai, Alaska at Snowshoe gun club. It was a 100 rd match, pair fired. The conditions were typical for Kenai wind with a lot of mirage, the temperature was a balmy/hot 65 degrees. F/O champion was Chris Tobias with a score of 973-34x. FTR champion was Nicole Winsor 957-20x. Nicole is a F/O shooter but we needed another FTR shooter for awards so she shot F/O on relay 1 and FTR on relay 2. The FTR rifle she used was borrowed from another FTR shooter who brought two rifles.

Top 6 F/O shooters were using 7 prc-w’s with 180 hybrids. 5 were using n555 1 was using h4350. 1 was using Peterson brass, 2 lapua, 3 ADG. Scopes 1 nightforce competition, 2 march and 3 trijicon.
