Air rifle scope on centerfire rifle

I have a Leupold vx-3 6.5-20 x 40 mm Ao Model #66565. Leupold calls this scope a air rifle scope. Can I put this scope on a centerfire rifle without damaging the scope, I know that centerfire scopes are not meant for air rifles because of the forward and rear spring action that Air rifles have. Just don't want to ruin a $750 Dollar scope

No problem at all. I have four of this model mounted on centerfire rifles.

It is air rifle rated, and it works fine on centerfire rifles. I have had an EFR for 20 years on a series of centerfire rifles, 22-250 to 7 mag. Great scope
