AI mag for Dasher

anyone know how to or have links to a good thread on how to convert an AI mag to feed a dasher. I've read about people using a .223 AI mag to do it.

Should not. Need any modification. Running one now without any mods on a surgeon action.

Once brass is fireformed you are good to go.

If I operate the bolt smoothly I can run an entire 5 or 10 round magazine with no problem. To fire form I have to hand feed. My COAL is 2.355. Using 308 mags.

I used .308 Mags, Made and installed a 'block' in the back,,, shortened the spring and follower to fit the new 'hole' without bind. It fed slow, fast, up-side down and inbetween.

223 bolt face is .378 and the case is .378 and 2.260 dasher uses a .473 bolt face the case 2.250 case diameter coul be a problem and the bolt face is definitely Larry

I have a .223 AI mag that feeds a.22 BR case quite well. I would think the Dasher case would feed as well or better with the added body length.
