AI Chassis stock

Which model is best for a Rem 700 6xc with a 28" barrel on a rifle to be used mainly for target and steel shooting from a bench?
Thanks

I'm Partial to MDT's. They have several to fit the bill in different
styles. The KRG is a good stock but the fore end is a bit too short
for my liking. With a bipod, it could use a spigot to get it out there
a few more inches, and needed for the much longer barrels. My
buddy Gerimee Gervais has been using and liking Cadex for shooting
PRS and 1000 yard Ridgway steel.....For the money, it's hard to beat
the MDT Oryx. I use one on my 17lb Ridgway gun shooting AAA class.

I have been shooting Accuracy International rifles and stocks for so long they feel fine to me. Even my new-ish ATX feels fine.

Even my Vudoos live in AI stocks.

If you can try them before you buy them I would recommend that.

Either of these would fit your barreled action and all have great track records but like most good items they come at a cost...all of these are folding stocks except for the ATX.

get the ATX chassis for simple reason it has the action lowest height over the forend
