AI A/W and AI AICS mags, recievers, and barrel

Okay I am new to this whole precision rifle building from a custom action thing. I am currently in the market for an action and I have a few newbie questions.

1) If I buy a custom action with the AI A/W cuts can I still use the AICS mags?

2) Does the Manners stocks with a particular mag well work well for both?

3) If I plan on getting into PRS style matches will the A/W mags help or hinder?

4) 6 Creedmoor or 6x47L?

5) Barrel contour and length? I am figuring at least a 24" but I dont know what contour.

6) Muzzle device. Do I really need it?

1. Yes. ( I run AICS mags mostly in my 4 Stiller TAC 30 A/W actions. You can run either mag with a A/W cut action. You can only run AICS mags with a normal cut action)
2. Yes (The stock has nothing to do with it. Both mags have the same outside dimensions. The only difference is the opening on top. AICS is center feed and A/W has a wider opening for staggered feed)
3. Neither
4. & 6. If you get a 6mm cartridge a brake will help but won't be necessary. If you go with a heavier 6.5mm cartridge then a brake will help a lot.
5. 26" Remington Varmint or M24 will be fine.
