Hello,
I have questions,can someone tell me the best and the fast way to adjust the regular on the scope,eye's),you now on the - and + knob.how regular you.

The best way to adjust the scope,to adjust the recticle.you know? the side with the - and +.

Set the parallax to infinity,if the scope has this adjustment)and point the scope at the sky. Adjust for clarity of the cross hairs against the sky using the rear,+/-) bell.
