Adjustable Objectives

These scopes, the ones that adjust parallax on the objective lens. When you adjust, the lens is moved farther or nearer to the erector. I have noticed one design moves the lens back and forth "without" turning the lens itself. The mechanical design allows this. Are there designs out there that actually "turn or rotate" the objective lens? If someone that has a Weaver or a Nightforce BR or other could actually adjust one of these while looking at the lens and tell me if the lens itself turns, it would be a great help.
