Needing a simple adjustable butt plate system for LOP, don't need cast or up/down. Who makes a reasonable one that doesn't use a huge center post? The inexpensive Graco has a 1-1/8" diameter post which wouldn't leave much meat on the sides of my stock when drilled. Thinking there has to be something that uses a 3/4" or so solid post out there? Unfortunately I don't have a mill or lathe to make my own otherwise I would. I've looked at the McMillan but they're almost $150.
