WANTED Adapting 30-06 AICS mag to 243

I have a Rem 700 LA in 243 that I want to put ln an AICS stock but need a mag or two adapted that will feed the 243 round. Any one have one or know where I can get one?

Accurate mag makes 308 la mags 3 and 5 shot standard and cip length.
