Actual BC

I am sure this has been discussed before but I just can't seem to find it. What I need is a way to determine the actual BC of a bullet based on firing. Is there a formula for this?

Knowing the velocity or the drop at two ranges, the BC can be computed -- most ballistic programs will do this for you. The on-line JBM ballistic Calculator will do it. If you want software for your computer, Shooting Lab by RSI has many features in addition to a comprehensive ballistics package and is reasonably priced.
