Action torque inch lbs?

Well, after over 8 months my first custom build come in tomorrow!!! Finally! The stock is a Shehane varmint tracker aluminum pillars and glass bedded. Now on my 700 hs aluminum bedding block stocks I torque to 65 and 60 at the rear, but what about this new shehane/ bat vr combo?
