ACTION SCREW/STOCK HOLE SPACING HELP

I'm looking for some help identifying a stock I purchased years ago. I can't for the life of me remember what action this stock is for. For some reason I thought Panda but that doesn't seem to hold out. I tried going back to my old messages and there gone all these years later.

The stock is for a round 3 screw action, as close as I can tell it would be about 1⅜ round. It also has a 1" wide rear tang.

Screw spacing is as follows: Front-Rear
1⅜" from recoil lug to center of front screw.
#2= + 2¾" to center of the middle screw. (4⅛" from the recoil lug)
#3= + 3⅞" to center of the 3rd rear screw. (8" from the recoil lug)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Possibly a Kelbly Grizzly.
I don't think it's for a Grizzly. None of the Grizzlies had a recoil lug. This stock has a recoil lug. I had one of Ralph Stolles prototype Grizzly actions that I bought from Stewart Ottson in 1976. It used a Remington 722 bolt since Ralph hadn't begun to make his own bolts. No serial number and no lettering on it to indicate that Ralph made it. I tend to agree with Mr. Tooley that probably this stock had one of the Hart actions bedded in it. The Hart number 4 was the big unlimited action and was about 14 or 15 inches long so it's probably for the Hart 2 or 3. I don't remember the dimensions of those receivers exactly.
