Accuracy loads for 7mm Rem mag

My son is needing some good loads for 140 and 150 grain bullets, ballistic tip and Sierra.
Any help will be appreciated.

sam,,,check your messages and e-mail,,,I sent U some of my load data from over the yrs,,,,,hope you are getting all of our info,,,,dont forget to look,,Roger

There is also RL19, RL22, and RL25, I have always had good lock with RL22 with 139-160s. I have shot a bunch of the Speer 145 BT and FB hotcore. As listed above 7828 and IMR4350 work well also. The Alliant reloading manual has all the data for the RL and the loads will depend on the rifle, chamber etc. My A-bolt has always been able to take a little more powder than some of my other rifles chambered in 7 mag. I run 150 grn Nosler Ballistic Tip and 65 grains of IMR 4831. And it is running about 3150 FPS if I remember correctly.

I hunt with 140 Btip and 68 grains of RL22 very accurate
the most accurate I have loaded is
139 sst 72.5 grains N165 3 shot group of .068 it looked like one bullet hole.
this was with my Savage 110
I also only use federal 210 primers not mag primers

Got a great load with my new HS Precision 7mag from manufacturer. Didn't believe them at 1st! Thought that they made a typo on my certification/data sheet that they included with the rifle. Nosler 140 BT hunting, 69gr H4350, Winchester brass, Rem 9 1/2M primers. Their ballistics showed 3440fps with .17" groups. 14.4" drop at 400yds. Hunted all over for the load never could find in a book. Found Nosler Accubond 140 showing 59 gr H4350 so i called HS precision and they verified that 67gr is showing max and admittedly 69 is 2gr over recommended but, that I would "be fine" 69gr h4350 is correct and is their most accurate load. I worked up to the 69 no problem, no sign of overpressure and shooting single holes with it at 100. i am getting 3325fps. - 2nd most accurate and better long range load for my rifle is 168gr berger vld hunting with 70.1gr H1000 I am getting 2890fps with that down here in TX - low altitude, high humidity. They are claiming 3000fps. - They also mentioned that this was the load everybody is "going crazy about right now". I almost didn't post because I hate to recommend a hot load that is over recommended charge but, also hate to keep it to myself as it has worked out very well in my rifle.

we are at 800 ft on west coast and have 3 guns shooting 70gr h-1000 with 168 bergers at about 10 off and are getting 3025fps. this is best load we have found for shooting out to 1000yds. you really need 26in barrel for this load.
