Accuracy and Case Sizing

Is there a correlation between accuracy and case sizing, full length or neck only?

iv'e always gotten better accuracy by full length resizeing.seems neck sizer dies that iv'e used don't make the necks concentric. if the neck sizer made the brass concentric it should shoot better than one that has been full length resized.______treeman

The NRA ran a test a number of years ago and published it in the American Rifleman back when it had real information and articles rather than the current cover to cover advertisements.

The NRA found that they got better accuracy when using a factory gun with full length resized cases that ones that were neck sized only using cases that had previoulsy been fired in the test gun.
