Acculab scale weird problem

My Acculab will not read 38.30 it will only show 38.29 or jump to 38.32. It shouldnt even show an odd number but it does and only seems to do so at that weight. What gives I have looked in the manual theres nothing in there to help ?

Just being curious, but have you called the company yet?

The scale actually measures in milligrams, with 1 milligram resolution; the measured value is converted to other units, such as grains. The conversion factor isn't an integer, which leads to occasional "skipped" digits. What you're seeing isn't a defect, it's inherent in the design.
