Acceptable twist rate?

Guys,

What would the proper/acceptable twist rate be for,
the New 7mm Hornady 162gr, ELD match bullet be?

To be used in 284, 280AI, 7 mag cases. 1x9, I hope?

Can't seem to find the info, so far.

9" - 9.5"

I shoot 175gr spbt's in a 9.5 twist.

I know others have shot 180 vld's in a 9.5" twist.

9" twist is the safe choice.
