AC adapter with built in battery backup for RCBS Chargemaster.

Bought one at Radio Shack about two years ago, this simple portable powe supply allowed me to use my chargmaster at the range on battery, and plug in at home. Now the built-in battery will no longer take a charge, so went to Radio Shack to buy another, and found they had been discontinued, and they did not have a comparable replacement. Anyone know where I can find a similar product, so I can continue to use my chargemaster at the range?

Have you tried calling RCBS and asking them what options you might have? They have great customer service who might have an idea or an answer for you. Just a thought.

I would use a small inverter that plugs into the cig lighter in my truck. A 400 watt inverter has plenty of power to run the chargemaster and if you don't reload on your tailgate bring along an extension cord
