The great and honest members here on Accurate Shooter Forum that I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I had bought some Berger bullets,(475+). Post office contacted me saying that the package was damaged when it had gotten to them. I told them to take pictures and send them to me. Package was tore open and only 18 bullets remained! They asked if I wanted to refuse the package and I said yes. They said that they would return it to sender. Wasn't really for sure what to do, it sure wasn't Samlisi's fault for our postage route and treatment from the time that it had left his hands. I sent Samlisi 1 a PM asking him to call me to let him know what was going on 'cause i knew that it would be easier to explain over the phone then trying to type it out. Within minutes of sending the PM my phone rang! I had explained to him what had happened and sent him the photos that I had received. He wanted to do what was right and refunded me my money promptly through PayPal. He said the gun community is a good bunch of people. He is definitely one of them!

I bought a honed .288 Forster 6.5 Creedmore die and a micro seating die. I already had a Forster 6.5 .285 die. I use a de-capping die and mandrel so, I just pulled the ex-pander rod out and not use it. One day I was measuring Mandrels .262, .263, pend gauges .260, .261, .262, .263, .264. Decided to check expander ball .242! Whoa! what is up? I get to thinking he has probably got a 6MM die and if he uses or sells that die with the 6.5 stem and ex-pander it will crush the case and bend or break the stem. So, I sent him a message that I will send the ex-pander back to him. This wasn't the case at all. LOL. He had bought an additional ex-pander stem for a 6 creed more to use when sizing so he could still have a de capping pin installed. he had forgot about changing the stem, said he looked and still had the 6.5 stem. Wanted me to send my address so he could get it to me. I told him I really didn't need it but, thought he might of needed the one that I had. LOL

Got a set of A&D scales. Guy has got a likable sense of humor, good communication through the whole transaction. Made sure I knew how to operate it before I ever received it. Said if I had any questions just to ping him. Then 2 weeks after I had received it. Sent me a message checking in wanting to make sure the scale is working as it should. It would be nice if companies had that good of customer service.
There really are good people in this world and you can find a lot of them on this forum. I am honored to be a part of this community!
