? about DPMS 6.8 SPC conversion

Hello all. I have an opportunity to get my hands on a DPMS 6.8 spc 16" in like new condition for a fairly good deal,$900). The problem is I have absolutely no interest in this caliber. I got to thinking that with the modular design, it may be possible to change it over to 5.56.

What would I have to purchase to do this??? Would I be better off just passing on the deal and purchaseing a new DPMS in 223?

Thanks guys, that's what I thought. It seems it still may not be a wise purchase for me though. Barrel will run around 190 and a bolt 50, I could have the rifle built for less and I'm not sure the used AR barrel or bolt would really be sellable?? Just thinking about it.
