Picked up a couple 8 pound jugs of AA 2230 C powder last weekend. Has anyone used it for anything other than 223?

Bought 3 jugs almost 15 yrs ago still have not opened them......thanks to this post will load up some 223 today......raining here

Thanks for your replies. The A2230C was in a box of powder in an auction I won. Was curious about others experience with it besides 223. Appears you all like the powder so will give it a try.

From my jug labeled "Data Powder - 2230-C from Accurate , McEwen, TN." Also from label -"A mil-spec ball propellant for duplicating the M-193 ball cartridge. Slightly slower than Accurate 2230. Use 2230 load data."
Delivers one hole groups from son's 6 BR in limited experience, but others report it as being very temp dependent.

A2230C = A2460!!! ??

HHhmmm been using A2460 in my 223 for 4 years and have tried it in 6ARC some, to the point was going to work with it more this summer in the ARC. This just reinforces that thinking.

What is the difference in A2230 and A2230C?
The 2230-C powder I ordered some years ago, acted slightly slower than regular 2230
I used it for 22BR
It was cheap and is a decent powder
It did not give me 1 hole groups like other powders did
but that could just be I did not use the correct weight bullets for that powders burn rate style.
---------------------------
Until now, I had not considered it for 223, which may be a very good use for it
--- I had been saving it for perhaps my next 6 BR or Dasher build

Doom posted above that it uses the same data and has the same burn rate as the Accurate 2460 which is a good heavy bullet powder in 223
