About 10 years ago, I tested the new Valdada 36X Benchrest scope with the MP-8 reticle. This scope has 1/8th MOA adjustments and the MOA reticle is spot on. This scope has been used constantly since I first tried it. I have used it on short range rifles, long range rifles and even a few .22LR's. It absolutely holds point of aim and I have used it to check other scopes ability to hold POA. Since I have devoted most of my time to 600 yard shooting during the last 5 years, I have looked at a new Valdada called the Terminator. It is a 12x-52X with 40mm tube. I have nick named it the M.O.A.B.S.(Mother Of ALL Big Scopes). Although this scope is far outside of my ability to afford, I can still dream. If one can handle the weight, I believe that this is the ultimate scope for long range use. I understand that they are planning to offer 1/8th MOA adjustments rather than the 1/4 one used now. Like the 36X BR model, this new scope features Schott glass which is without a doubt some of the best in the world. Thanks Val for providing great optics for today's shooters. The top picture is the Terminator, the middle one is Dusty Stevens with his 40X Valdada, and yours truly on the bottom with the 36x.
