I shout out frequently to PTG as well, but it is not language that I could post here. For me, they're terrible to do business with.

If you want a reamer that will cut 3.5 chambers and then stop cutting, like you hit a brick wall, them PTG is what you want! Never again. JGS or Manson is what you want. Last JGS I received is a work of art.

Timing is everything ? I got a Email From Dave Him Self last night.
Asking His Staff members to check my order and make sure I get a Answer ,by Monday .
This is a Action Order not Reamers .

I have been Happy in the past with there Products .

The very first reamer I bought years ago was from PTG.
I was too new and green to know that cutting on only two flutes was a problem....
Nuttin but Manson anymore. I know JGS is top notch, but I cannot justify the significant cost difference between them.

Manson are good for sure. If they put a screw in the end to hold the bushing they would be even better

I've ordered multiple reamers and headspace gauges from PT&G over the years.
Last few orders have been separated by what they have in stock, and what they have to make.
But 18 weeks for a set of headspace gauges is just freak'n ridiculous!
Contacted them and got a call back from someone, just to tell me they'll look into it.
Never to hear back from them again.
3 weeks later my package arrives.

There is definitely better customer service out there!

I can't share the sentiment. They gave me the run around for 5 months on a barreled receiver and then took over another month to refund my money after many calls.

I've only ever bought stuff that was in stock on the shelf and had no problems. According to my Smith, my reamer cut nicely and bore scoping it, appears to be just fine. However, I have seen math errors on reamer prints from them, too.
