I called Vudoo gun works today and spoke with JoAnn and told her that I did not receive an Instruction Manual with a brand new V-22 I bought from europtics. She immediately sent over a copy to my email address. I also had a couple of technical questions for them also. Their head technician called me up within a 1/2 hour and answered all of my questions! Fantastic customer service! This is something you hardly ever get from almost any other company. This was a direct line to them. No pressing #2 for "Sales Deptartment" or Press #3 for English, or Press #4 for Spanish! Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Yes, Joann and Greg are the best. I had a couple of questions when mounting the new 360 V-22 Barreled Action that I ordered from them and they happily and patiently answered my questions. Great people, great product, great service.
