I just wanted to publicly thank Dave and Jason at Pacific Tool & Gauge for spending some time with me to talk shop. I showed up unannounced a couple weeks with two of my sons at PT&G to see the place, talk with Dave and possibly get a tour of the facility. I've been a customer for a few years and had met Dave at the Shot show a couple years back. Dave welcomed us into his office and we visited for a bit. He had Jason, the plant manager, give us a full tour of the manufacturing and production through to the finished products going out the door! Jason answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was interrupting his day, or that he had more important things to do. Lets face it, I'm nobody to an outfit that is producing 1500-2000 pieces a day for the industry! Yet, everyone treated me like I was there best customer!
