A-Bolt disassembly question

The bolt from my new Browning A-bolt target rifle looks like it comes apart easily but I'll be d?&%$ if I can figure out how. Can anyone clue me in?
Also, I want to remove the ejector plunger from the bolt face but the pin won't budge. I could go at it a little harder with the punch but I don't want to get too heavy handed and screw it up. Is there a trick to getting the pin out (besides going to a gunsmith)? Hope someone can guide me through this. Mike
