A bolt as donor action

I am contempating building a varmint rig using a browning long action A Bolt that I currently own as the starting/donor action. It is a 25-06 sporter with a BOSS. It is a good rig for deer but, I am growing bored with it. What are significant down sides to using an A bolt action for this. Some that I have thought of are that it is hard to get a good aftermarket varmint stock and the current trigger may have to go as well. Would it be just easier for me to sell the A bolt and use the money to get a better donor( 110 or 700)

Sell it and get a Savage bolt action. Then when you get bored with the caliber you can swap a new barrel in a different caliber in just a few minutes yourself. ;D
