80g. in a 7 twist

Is there any down-side to using 80's in a 7twist bbl?

I have a .223 and a 22BR in 1:7 barrels. Both shoot 80's very well.

same here I have a 223 in 7 twist 223 that will put 5 shots in the .3 at a 100 yards.
when I shot service rifle NRA/CMP my ars where all 7 twist I even tried going with a slower twist to try the 90 grain bullets and went back to the 7 twist

It's perfect fit in a 7 twist...
No real downsides you should be worry
