anyone here playn with this cal and case!
Lookn for a back up verification and or repeatability on velocity with 168 and 180's.
Read the artical here on the 7x47 and the barrel test.

What powders would you be running?

Actually working on a improved 7mm cartridge based on the 6.5x47. I think I can get 168 grainers to run around 2800fps+ Will post full report when tests are final!

Ya i plan to improve this also to a 40 and shorter neck.

Im thinkn H4350 RL16 speeds.

With the lighter bullets, 8208 XBR is a great choice.

For the heavier bullets, I don’t currently have anything to add. Can’t find time to get out to shoot.
